I AM NOME is a digital collectible canvas divided into 100 blocks, with each block being its own inscription and a standalone art piece on the Bitcoin blockchain. This structure allows collectors to explore and assemble the full artwork through individual blocks, creating a collaborative and interactive experience.
1-Blocks
Collectors minted a block on Gamma Marketplace, with 100 blocks representing 100 fractions of a single canvas. Each block was a standalone piece but also part of the larger artwork.
2-Puzzle
Collectors claimed their minted block into the recursive canvas on the website. As more blocks were added, the full image gradually came together, revealing the final artwork.
3-Recursion
Once all blocks are collected, collectors mint the final pieces. Each piece was created from all 100 blocks, forming the complete, unified artwork.
Development
I worked with a developer to build a custom website experience where people could explore the project in three steps: first blocks, then puzzle, and finally recursion. Users entered the site and started with phase one, reading the description to understand the project, then went to Marketplace Gamma to mint a piece, and returned to the website to claim it. The system automatically verified ownership from their wallet and added the block to the larger puzzle, and in the final phase, all blocks were assembled to reveal the complete image.
